Double Half AB is the data controller for the details stored in this portal.
What we store. The company's name, registration number, VAT number, invoice and delivery addresses, and payment and delivery terms. For contact persons: name, e-mail address and telephone number. For login accounts: e-mail address, an encrypted password and the time of the last login. For every order: what was ordered, at which price and to which address. A log of the e-mails the portal sends (recipient, subject, time).
Why. To receive and deliver orders, to invoice, and to meet the obligations the Swedish Bookkeeping Act and VAT legislation place on us. An application for a customer number is processed so that it can be answered.
For how long. Customer details for as long as the customer relationship lasts. Orders and invoice records for seven years after the end of the financial year, as the Bookkeeping Act requires. The login's temporary data (sessions, single-use links and a short-lived counter of login attempts, where the address is stored unrecognisably) is cleared automatically within days. A rejected application is deleted.
Where. The data is stored within the EU: the portal runs at Vercel (Stockholm), the database at Neon (Frankfurt) and e-mail is sent through Resend (Ireland). Nothing is passed to anyone else.
Your rights. You may request a copy of the details we hold about you, have them corrected, and have them erased when they are no longer needed. Details the Bookkeeping Act requires us to keep are anonymised instead of erased. Write to info@doublehalf.se.
